Journal of Language and Discourse Practice (LDP), published by KARE Publishing in Turkey, is open access and double-blind peer-reviewed international journal in applied linguistics with an interdisciplinary orientation. The LDP Journal appears biannually to address the language and discourse issues. LDP Journal publishes reports of original empirical studies, theoretical articles, methodological articles, and case studies in the English language. The journal strives to bring together researchers to share their experiences with peers. Promotion of knowledge in the field and free access to knowledge are major concerns of LDP Journal. Language and Discourse Practice Journal is an affiliate of the Eurasian Applied Linguistics Society (Eurasian ALS).
LDP Journal is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
